We understand the need for prompt building maintenance works and have a team dedicated to delivering scheduled maintenance, as well as attending to urgent maintenance requests from our clients. Our experienced team manages requests internally and have been the preferred contractor for many government bodies for well over 25 years.
During this period there has been no request too difficult for us to attend to. We understand just how difficult maintenance works can be to manage and have a team that assists our clients every step of the way with clear communication on costs and timelines.

- Commercial High Rise Offices including: Louisa Lawson Building
- Education sector: We have undertaken maintenance works on just about every Pre-School, Primary School and High School in the ACT
- Health buildings
- AFP – including security clearance NV1 required access
We undertake maintenance on sensitive areas and in and around operating offices, schools, health departments, public areas and civil infrastructure. We are known for our ability program works to minimise impact on these areas.
