Refurbishments & fit outs
We undertake refurbishments and fit outs on just about every government school and ACT Government managed property in the ACT.
The types of sites include but are not limited to:
- ACT Health - including Canberra Hospital, Sterilising Services
- ACT Property Group – Includes education, Primary schools, High Schools and Preschools
- Parliamentary services, Parliament House and many embassies
- Australian Federal Police – AFP Majura
- Justice and Community Services
- DFAT – Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
- Heritage Listed Sites including – Albert Hall, Yarralumla Woolshed, Huntly Homestead, Robinson Homestead, Gudgenby Homestead
As well as the above we undertake fit out works for private clients in the hospitality and retail industries. We pride ourselves on the physical building work that we undertake and back that with our client relationships, iso safety accreditation, cm3 certification, NV1 and an unrivalled ability to complete works quickly.
We have a reputation for being user friendly for not only our clients but our employees and contractors as well being able to undertake unique and difficult projects. We have been undertaking fit out and refurbishment works in the ACT for over 25 years, with refurbishment works ranging from small office reconfigurations right through to large scale projects.
During our 30 year history, we have collected aged and exotic recycled rare timbers in our warehouse that we keep for unique fit-outs and refurbishments. These timbers have been used in hospitality fit outs including pubs, bars and unique entrances to offices and public spaces.
